2019 North America Buddha’s Light Young Adult Regional Conference

We would like to warmly welcome all YAD members from North America to join us for this year's regional conference.

Objectives:

i. To strengthen the Buddhist faith of Buddha’s Light Young Adults;

ii. To strengthen and to reach consensus on the understanding Humanistic Buddhism of Buddha’s Light Young Adults;

iii. To broaden the horizon of Buddha’s Light Young Adults;

iv. To enhance the interaction between Buddha’s Light Young Adults;

v. To promote Buddha’s Light Young Adults’ understanding of Harmonious Society.

Conference Date:

August 5 to August 8, 2019

Check-In: Aug 5th, 11:00AM ~ 4:00 PM

Venue: Fo Guang Shan Temple in Montreal, Canada

Eligibility: North American Young Adults

Fees: USD$100 per participant (includes food, accommodation & transportation for Aug 5 to 8 (4 days/nights) and Montreal half-day tour on Aug 8; does not include airline ticket and all other travel expenses).

(SFYAD official members can apply for sponsorship to cover flight expenses and registration fees)

Registration Deadline: May 1, 2019.

Thereafter, the registration fee will be USD$200 from May 2 to June 1, and USD$300 from June 2 to July 1.
