Come join us for a scientific and Dharma talk on the benefits of meditation to your body and mind! Winson Yang, a Ph.D. student investigating the neuroscience of meditation will give a short talk on the effects of meditation from a neuroscientific perspective. He will draw evidence from physiological, neuroimaging, and behavioral studies to support stories and experiences in meditation and Right Mindfulness.
