Outdoor Meditation Class 2025

Join us each month in an invigorating meditation class in the city, hosted by San Bao Temple - American Buddhist Cultural Society. Beginners and experienced individuals alike are welcome!

Time: 9:30AM-11:30AM

Place: Outdoor garden by 340 Spear St, San Francisco (Specific meeting location will be sent after registration confirmation)

Please bring your own yoga mat, cushion and towel for sitting outdoors

Please wear comfortable loose clothing, suitable for cross-leg sitting
