SFYAD October Gathering - The Art of Vegetarian Dish

Hello everyone ! We are in the season of autumn. It is a season for farmers to rest and soil to rejuvenate, so vegetable and plants can begin to prospect in spring.

To appreciate the nature for providing us these wonderful veggies in our daily meals, SFYAD want to invite you to join us in an adventure to the art of vegetable. It is an adventure for our pallet and our mind. We are going to prepare and cook vegetarian dish together and decorate with beautiful art. Then, we will share our thoughts on the taste, texture and aroma on different kind of vegetable dish. So, we can truly understand the taste and beauty of each vegetable.
