Things You Can Do Online to Keep Yourself Sane

Updated: Apr 11, 2020

With the COVID-19 situation, many of us are not prepared for the sudden change in our lifestyle: our physical activities are suspended, sources of income are affected, social connections are disrupted, mental capacities are overloaded. As we're practicing shelter-in-place, let's not forget that we are not alone and we can go through this together. As such, SFYAD has put together a list of online events/resources that you can participate with us as a community. Whether you need to add routine in your life, or feel support from a community, we're here for you. Feel free to reach out to us if you need any assistance or have any suggestions for online events.

All times are in PDT.
